Job Title: Financial Analyst

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial management program directorate and assisting the government with financial management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support internal budget execution and program build activities, analysis, events, and documentation packages.
  • Assist in developing and promulgating FM responsibilities associated with internal guidance packages.
  • Provide subject matter expertise pertaining to the development and publication of budget exhibits.
  • Support the development and preparation of agency-level budget Congressional roll-out briefing materials.
  • Support the development of various briefing materials and responses to questions, requests for information, and various inquiries from ODNI, OSD, OMB, and Congressional Committees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD or other government agency budgetary or finance processes.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience in U.S. Intelligence Funding Programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD or other Government Agency key budget execution processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with fund execution policies for principal DoD and IC appropriations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the PPBE process.
