Job Title: Source Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Source Strategy Analyst to join our team at Masego Inc. As a key member of our Geospatial Intelligence Solutions team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and developing research studies and recommendations to support national security and defense initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze various information and intelligence relevant to threats facing the nation and develop relevant research studies and recommendations.
  • Lead or participate in approved studies as needed, providing additional analysis in response to specific threats and incident reports.
  • Manage program and project implementation, making significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) collection manager or source strategies analyst, including managing geospatial information needs within GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS).
  • Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols, as well as national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to develop GEOINT collection strategies and collaborate with GEOINT analysts to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as an adjudicator within GIMS, an imagery or geospatial analyst, or with GIMS Advanced Search and Netcentric GEOINT Discovery Services (NGDS).
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary intelligence (MDI) or event portal strategy (EPS) development, as well as the ability to facilitate interagency collaboration.

Security Clearance:

  • TS/SCI clearance is required, and applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
