Job Overview
As a Correspondence Manager at Orbis Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior management team of the NIMITZ and FORD Class teams. With over 20 years of experience leading, delivering, and managing professional support services for NAVSEA, we are committed to providing innovative, cost-effective solutions.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee correspondence processes for the Aircraft Engineering Team.
  • Assist the Configuration Manager and maintain paper and electronic files.
  • Support award package development and help with office administration tasks.


**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in correspondence and records management or military service as an E-5 or above in Yeoman or Personnel Specialist fields.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of business applications.
