About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Correspondence Operations Manager to join our team at Orbis Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in correspondence and records management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective correspondence processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the Configuration Manager to maintain paper and electronic files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track corporate metrics and produce regular reports.
  • Develop and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in correspondence and records management or military experience as an E-5 or above in Yeoman or Personnel Specialist fields.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of business applications.
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Degree Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; may be substituted with a HS degree or GED and 10+ years related experience.
