About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at RemoteOnline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain and update files and databases
  • Answer phone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate party

Requirements:

  • High school diploma; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Previous experience handling office responsibilities or customer service experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
