Job Summary

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales Leadership to lead our direct sales team in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key advertisers and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Manage a team of 6 sales directors, ensuring they exceed revenue goals and maintain a high level of sales efficiency.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key advertisers, agency partners, and other industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure accurate and informed forecasting for leadership and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop a Culture of Productivity: Develop and lead a culture of productivity and sales efficiency, always looking for ways to improve sales and seller performance.
Requirements
  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the video, connected TV, and mobile media ecosystem.
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Demonstrate success in leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding quota.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, including the ability to coach and develop team members, and drive business growth.
  • Education and Experience: Possess a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA or other advanced degree a plus. 16+ years of industry or relatable experience, with 10-15 years of sales leadership experience.
What We Offer

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $280,000 to $320,000, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
