Sales Performance Coach

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our team at Drive Social Media. As a Sales Performance Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip Business Developers with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that focus on prospecting, lead management, and cold calling
- Coach Business Developers on data-driven sales strategies and provide personalized feedback
- Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including onboarding and training programs
- Manage and track sales performance metrics, including daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and lead management
- Proven track record of success in sales training and development
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
