Key Responsibilities:
- To provide elevated levels of service to clients and the team, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage products, adhering to the Gordon Ramsay standard.
- Embodies the company's values of Excellence, Integrity, Hard Work, and Family Values, promoting a positive work environment based on hospitality and service excellence.
- To build genuine and authentic connections with every guest, delivering memorable experiences that exceed expectations.
- Manage proactive and reactive sales, overseeing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to finalized event details.
- Closely collaborate with the Operations team to provide exceptional culinary experiences and manage guest concerns effectively.
- Lead BEO communication, sending confirmations and updates, and ensure clear BEOs are communicated to Operations and Culinary.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in selling, booking, and executing events.
- Fine dining restaurant experience preferred.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Service-oriented with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
- Requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must present a neat, professional, and polished appearance.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, build long-lasting relationships, and create positive outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
Preferred Location: Chicago or Boston
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
