Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant Health.

Job Summary

This is a full-time employment opportunity that requires a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience. The successful candidate will provide vital support to students across various grade levels, with caseloads averaging 40-50 students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in providing speech and language therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with the educational team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
  • Support students in speech and language activities, both in one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages communication development.
  • Assist in conducting assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports.
  • Work with students to improve articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
  • Support students with diverse communication needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.
  • Colorado State licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • CDE is required.
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational or therapeutic setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for supporting students in their communication development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized for maintaining thorough documentation.
