Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our sales and warranty-related issues for Heat Pumps and HVAC product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Assist customers with parts identification, quotation development, and order processing/fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical documentation
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, either in manufacturing or as a field technician
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school graduate with experience in the HVAC industry
