Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Lead to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our front office team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care and ensure seamless communication.
- Consult with patients on treatment options, verifying insurance payment and collection to ensure high-quality care.
- Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice and make informed decisions.
- Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
- Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits, and credit card processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and a premium on leveraging data to drive decision-making.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
