Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales territory and execute the sales function within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Develop and achieve the annual sales budget for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and capture growth opportunities that support growth strategies.
  • Lead the proposal process for assigned accounts, including developing a selling strategy and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Communicate the outcome of negotiations and ensure that contract copies are appropriately documented and approved.
  • Maintain a sales contract file on all long-term agreements, including customer request for proposal, profitability analysis, and contract volume projections.
  • Assess customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans.
  • Develop and implement a Key Account Strategy for identified key accounts in the region.
  • Monitor and maintain profitability at key accounts consistent with overall division strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical related field.
  • At least ten years of direct sales experience, preferably in composites and/or aerospace sales.
  • Experience with development of strategic account plans and demonstrated selling skills, including negotiating and relationship building.
  • Ability to lead quote development teams, understand costs and price development, and lead complex sales proposals and transactions.
  • Experience working effectively with technical teams and products, and demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer
  • U.S. base salary range of $90,880 to $113,600 per year.
  • 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
