Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Instrument Specialist to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring each service reflects high craftsmanship. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and the ability to connect with customers meaningfully while promoting a supportive environment for musicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
Requirements
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
