Crane Aerospace and Electronics, a leading manufacturer of critical systems and components for the aerospace and defense markets, is seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our Lynnwood, WA team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and skill in assembly processes, working with minimal supervision to perform assigned tasks and manufacture Crane Aerospace and Electronics products according to military and other industry standards.

Job Summary:
  • Perform assigned assembly tasks, including preparing components, cleaning, marking, and inspecting subassemblies or completed assemblies.
  • Test finished assemblies, set up and operate assigned equipment, and maintain proper health and safety procedures when handling hazardous chemicals.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the Value Stream, participate in visual and dimensional inspection, and prioritize daily demand per Master Schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to interpret production or engineering prints and assembly aids. A high school diploma or equivalent, fine soldering certificate, or equivalent experience are required.
