Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rough carpentry portion of our projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong background in construction management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program or similar on-the-job training is required
