Role Summary: As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist at Sage Hill Northwest, your duties will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from troubleshooting electrical issues to crafting new hydraulic parts. We seek a proactive individual who excels in a diverse work setting and welcomes new challenges.

Primary Duties:

  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on agricultural machinery, industrial devices, and hydraulic systems.
  • Identify mechanical problems using schematics and diagnostic instruments.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for component repair and replacement.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections to detect worn or damaged parts.
  • Repair and replace elements such as shocks, struts, hydraulics, and other mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of mechanical experience with a broad range of equipment.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with high-pressure hydraulic systems.
  • Welding and fabrication skills are advantageous.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • Must possess a personal set of general tools (specialty tools will be provided).

Work Hours & Compensation:

  • Flexible scheduling options available; shifts may range from early morning to late afternoon.
