Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Specialist at JLL is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Central Utility Plant Operations) and be multi-skilled in others to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to temperature complaints and perform routine maintenance tasks
Operate mechanical equipment, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and EMS computers
Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including completing tasks and returning tools to the workshop
Monitor equipment readings and record noteworthy operational occurrences in logbooks
Participate in JCAP and work safely to adhere to JLL safety standards

Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
4+ years of related work experience, especially in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's (if applicable)
Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel
Ability to analyze the operation of various systems and take corrective action as required
