Key Responsibilities:

As a Security Operations Administrator, you will serve as a pivotal element in our security framework. Your role will involve:

1. Providing expert administrative support in security operations to assist leadership in ensuring compliance with inspections, reviews, and investigations.
2. Utilizing exceptional technical and customer service skills to address personnel security issues efficiently.
3. Monitoring and evaluating security operations to enhance safety measures and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

AA/AS degree

Required Experience:

Minimum of three (3) years in security operations

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency with SAP, JPAS, eQUIP, and DISS databases.

Skills and Abilities:

You should demonstrate experience in:

- Processing visit/clearance verifications and maintaining access control policies.
- Managing various databases and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Handling classified materials, including Top Secret and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- Producing clear and concise reports and effectively communicating with diverse personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and experience with Security Information Management Systems (SIMS) databases.
