Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director, Commercial Development to join our team at Endo International. This role will play a critical part in driving the development and implementation of strategies that deliver upon our Branded Pharmaceutical vision to become a "Best in Breed" Specialty Biopharmaceutical business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive commercial growth and increase market share in the Branded Pharmaceutical segment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including large group practices, academic centers, and scientific associations.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase Endo's presence and partnership within the medical community.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 5 years in a manager-level sales, marketing, or account management capacity.
  • Strong record of professional advancement and sales accomplishments.
  • Experience working with complex selling environments, including expensive therapies and reimbursement.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or Finance required; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully working with personnel in commercial, clinical, medical, legal, and regulatory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in urology and hand surgery products.
  • Knowledge of the generic pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal realities of the healthcare environment.
