About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Team Lead to join our Business Intelligence team at BHO Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of data scientists who will drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models to inform business decisions
  • Lead and manage a team of data scientists to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into business processes
  • Design and implement data mining strategies to extract insights from large datasets

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role with leadership experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering or a highly technical field
  • Expertise in machine learning, data mining, and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
