Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists working on Circle's developer products and marketing efforts.
  • Manage data analysts who report results and explain phenomena to product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to understand the developer ecosystem and measure the impact of marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science, with 3+ years managing reporting functions and analytics/data science functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as R or Python, for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally.
  • Gives team timely and direct feedback to help them improve.
