Sales Development Manager

Cavalier Spirits, LLC is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that prides itself on providing exceptional craft beers to its customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team in the United States.
Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate will be offered an estimated annual salary of $65,000 to $80,000 based on experience and qualifications. The position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and monthly auto allowance.
Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Manager who can effectively develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships throughout their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales strategies to increase revenue growth and expand market share;
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product inventory;
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Executing monthly goals related to sales performance and business development;
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences;
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development;
- Proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
