Lead Visual Production Specialist


Are you a visionary artist with a meticulous approach to design? Join our dynamic creative agency specializing in real estate and financial marketing as a Lead Visual Production Specialist.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in transforming marketing initiatives into compelling visual narratives, ensuring that all materials meet our high standards of quality and brand alignment.


Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Visual Production Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with the creative team to develop and execute visual components for marketing projects. Your duties will include enhancing design concepts, preparing files for production, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels.

Essential Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual production
  • Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite:
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Familiarity with Wordpress is advantageous, along with knowledge of HTML for interactive media
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of both print and digital production workflows
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, contributing to the strategic vision of the company and making a significant impact on our marketing initiatives.


This is a full-time hybrid position, with in-office days determined by team needs.


The expected operational hours will be discussed during the hiring process.

Competitive salary range from $65,000 to $85,000.
