Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Water Resources Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing water resources projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment systems, including process engineering, hydraulic design, and infrastructure layout.
  • Manage all phases of water resources projects, from initial planning and design through construction and commissioning.
  • Conduct detailed technical analysis and calculations to support the design of treatment processes, pipelines, pump stations, and other related infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.
  • Work closely with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate project activities and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Provide engineering support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits to ensure that the project is built according to specifications.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, design drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, project budgets, and proposals for water and wastewater treatment projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including CAD and project management tools.
