As a key member of our Data Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the general conduct of project assigned tasks, ensuring data activities are conducted in an efficient manner and in accordance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all data management activities, including data cleaning, discrepancy resolution, data transfer/control activities, and validation.
  • Develop and implement data correction processes, ensuring documentation and management of clinical study data is in accordance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and perform start-up, conduct, and closeout activities as detailed within SOPs.
  • Participate in reviewing and responding to QA audit reports, and proactively participate in sponsor/project team meetings.
  • Lead and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing for projects as needed, and assist with development and documentation of department procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in accordance with established departmental procedures and SOPs.
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in health science, life science, information technology, or nursing, and 4 years equivalent experience, or demonstrated aptitude for the Clinical Data Manager role.
  • Minimum of 4 years pharmacy, clinical lab, or research related experience, study or instruction.
  • Experience working in CRO industry preferred, and working knowledge of EDC studies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and technology proficiency including Data Management Systems.
