About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Water Remediation Specialist to join our team at All Dry of North County San Diego. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving water and mold problems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with property owners
  • Work collaboratively with the operations manager to resolve customer issues
  • Perform hands-on remediation work, including setup and breakdown of job sites
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Document and report on job progress and completion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in water and mold remediation
  • Excellent attitude, great with customers and teammates
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license without restrictions
  • Satisfactory driving record and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Maintenance, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, construction, or other handywork experience
  • Speaks English and Spanish
  • IICRC Certifications
