Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Security, Computer Science/Engineering preferred; four additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to present information effectively to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage new software tools that interact with all users within the organization.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with the ability to grasp detailed information.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Robust project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.
  • Experience in analyzing business or technical issues and proposing and implementing effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of networks, operating systems, applications, cloud services, and zero trust architecture.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements, including ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, and CMMC.
  • Certifications related to Project Management or Cybersecurity (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISA, CISM).

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $108,000 to $180,000 annually. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.

This position is also incentive eligible, with targets based on contributions, company performance, and individual results achieved. Specific incentive plans and target amounts will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
