Job Title: Sexual Health Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Sexual Health Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of sexual health programs and services in Adams County, Colorado. This includes managing program budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sexual health programs and services that meet the needs of the community
  • Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with program requirements
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure that programs and services are culturally sensitive and responsive to the needs of the community
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or community health-related field
  • At least five years of experience in sexual health or related program management work, including three years of experience demonstrating progressive capacity, supervision, or leadership
  • License to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado or a Compact State
  • Current BLS certification
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
