We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team at Cornerstones of Care. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to our youth, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and transport youth, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls, providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including AWOL and Critical Incident reports, in accordance with Cornerstones of Care policy.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cultural and ethnic diversity of the children and families we serve, providing culturally sensitive services and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree and relevant experience preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with youth, with a focus on case management and support.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance required.
