We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for 16-23 year olds in foster care or who are homeless.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 supervision, coaching, and support to youth as they navigate their daily lives.
  • Help youth develop the skills to live independently, including emotional management, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes social responsibility and growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance are also required.
Benefits:
  • This position is not benefits-eligible.
  • A $500 bonus is available after 6 months of service.
