Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team at Fujitsu. As a key member of our Salesforce Practice, you will be responsible for designing and delivering multi-cloud solutions on the Salesforce Platform that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and perform solution architecture for client's Salesforce Platform and integrated applications to identify capability and solution gaps.
  • Provide guidance and propose solutions based on Salesforce best practices.
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing communication and content leveraging advanced skills in visual media.
  • Lead and support the customer throughout the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including analysis, requirements, design, development, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to propose, develop, and manage innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of industry experience in the relevant IT/Consulting industry.
  • Must have completed a minimum of 4+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations demonstrating leading the solution architecture for the implementations.
  • 5+ years of core Salesforce platform experience in the CRM domain solutioning Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce domains.
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge and solution expertise on at least one of the areas: Field Service, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Order Management.
