Job Description:

As a seasoned Salesforce Architect with expertise in CPQ, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to our organization's needs.

You will be responsible for leading the architecture strategy, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce CPQ projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with a deep understanding of CPQ functionalities.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and drive operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, sales teams, and IT partners, to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Provide expert guidance and best practices on Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Architect and design solutions that adhere to Salesforce best practices, scalability, and maintainability standards.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members on Salesforce CPQ implementation best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Salesforce CPQ capabilities and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on CPQ.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce CPQ solutions for large enterprises.
Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Overall Experience:
20+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 7 years specializing in Salesforce architecture and CPQ.
