Sales Manager Job Description

About the Role:

Aaron's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Assist with operational functions, including inventory management and customer service
  • Perform physical job duties, including lifting and delivering merchandise

Requirements:

  • 21 years old (18 in Canada) with a valid state Driver's License and DOT certification (U.S.)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven track record of sales success
  • Able to work a flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
