Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of nursing assistants
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping during resident admissions, discharges, and transfers; document in accordance with facility policies
  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and adhere to established drug administration protocols
  • Conduct daily unit rounds and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Provide care for patients with high acuity needs

Qualifications:

  • Valid nursing license in Michigan
  • Experience in long-term care settings
  • Availability to work every other weekend
