Nurse Practitioner in Operating Room

At Steward Health Care, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, assessing and reassessing patients and families, and implementing and directing delivery of nursing care.
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, promoting patient safety and well-being.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
Participate in unit-based educational programs, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and research in the field of nursing.
Requirements
Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
BLS/ACLS certification required, PALS certification preferred.
2-3 years of OR experience required, trauma experience preferred.
Associates Degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
