About the Role:

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need of mental health services. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management and crisis intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide medication management and crisis intervention services as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program
  • Two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with psychiatric experience preferred
  • Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice highly desired
