Job Summary

Wellpath is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, including medication management and crisis intervention services, while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop plans of care
Provide individualized care sensitive to the age and developmental needs of each patient
Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with organization policies and procedures, state guidelines, and best practices

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program
Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, with psychiatric experience preferred
Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice highly desired
