Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety. The successful candidate will assist with a newly funded DoD grant, working closely with the Director, Dr. Lily Brown, and collaborating with Dr. Ashley Hagaman from Yale University and the Connecticut Army National Guard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage study advertisements, phone screens, and scheduling eligibility assessments
  • Support with institutional review board materials, database management, and cleaning
  • Assist independent evaluators and provide experiences with scientific manuscript preparation and conference presentations
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
