As a Healthcare Operations Supervisor in a Substance Abuse Treatment Facility, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals through their recovery journey from substance dependency. Your main duties will involve overseeing the daily operations and management of all facilities, clinics, and programs. This includes ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, achieving business objectives, and directly supervising program directors and operational staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing specific initiatives aimed at supporting the organization's growth strategies.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead a team to ensure timely task completion and compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Conduct weekly evaluations of professional competencies and provide constructive feedback through meetings and observations.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and training for staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements and certifications.
  • Oversee operations staff and maintain high-quality standards across all programs and departments.
  • Support operational staff as needed.
  • Manage all complaints and investigations related to staff and clients, providing oversight and guidance.
  • Maintain compliance with national accreditation and government regulations, ensuring all program licenses are up to date.
  • Accountable for overall program performance and quality outcomes, including client satisfaction.
  • Enhance the appearance and functionality of all facilities and clinics.
  • Adhere to company conduct standards.
  • Ensure developmental programs align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop strategies and plans for the organization's welfare.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement effective programs.
  • Facilitate communication across all organizational levels to ensure strategy implementation.
  • Lead the organization while focusing on core functions.
  • Ensure compliance with external agencies and laws to maintain licensing and organizational welfare.
  • Review breaches and develop strategies, policies, and procedures for implementation.
  • Drive organizational growth and development, leading due diligence processes for new business acquisitions and presenting findings to senior management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Direct clinical experience with substance abuse or mental health patients, demonstrating knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills in group settings.
  • Ability to engage with individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
  • Proficient in independent work as well as teamwork.
  • Current computer and office management skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including proper use of communication tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle, with documented expenses eligible for reimbursement.
  • Successful completion of mandatory pre-employment screenings, including background checks and health assessments.
