About the RoleAs an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve targeted business outcomes related to growing revenue, optimizing costs, mitigating risks, and improving sustainability.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers and Manufacturing Relationship Managers to align and optimize Healthcare Systems and Technologies (HST) business capabilities and processes to IT Strategy.
- Gather and manage demands from the HST segment, identify segment priorities through EA Domains and value stream mapping to support key objectives.
- Establish segment-level strategic blueprints for the future.
- Rationalize existing technologies, identify opportunities for consolidation, cost-savings, and simplification, and manage actions to achieve.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of architecture or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with technology vendors.
- Expertise in healthcare and connected technology solutions.
- Knowledge of business domains and experience in architecture models.
- Broad expertise in Cybersecurity and Cloud best practices.
- Experience implementing new technologies into enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of IT governance and operations.
- Enterprise Integration technologies and patterns.
- Commercial and Financial awareness.
- Estimated base salary: $144,000 to $198,000 annually.
- Discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
- Flexible workplace policy with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
