Job Overview

Position Summary:
Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Service Advisor. In this position, you will act as the main liaison for our service department, guiding customers through their vehicle repair and maintenance inquiries.

The Service Advisor is essential in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients, while also contributing to the dealership's sales and profitability goals.


Compensation & Benefits:

This full-time role offers a competitive salary structure, including a base salary and commission, with an annual earning potential ranging from $45,000 to $80,000. Alongside attractive compensation, we provide a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, in addition to a 401(k) retirement plan.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers courteously, delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Understand customer needs and concerns regarding their vehicles, providing precise estimates for repair or maintenance services.
  • Coordinate service appointments and efficiently manage the repair and maintenance workflow for multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, offering updates and addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Review and clarify recommended services and associated costs to customers, securing approval prior to commencing work.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to guarantee repairs are executed accurately and within the promised timeframe.
  • Utilize dealership software systems to monitor and update service records.
  • Stay informed about new products and services available at the dealership to enhance sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance services.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software utilized in dealership operations.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
