Mosaic Chrysler Zumbrota is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to take on the role of Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the main liaison for our service department, guiding customers through their vehicle repair and maintenance inquiries.
This position is vital in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clientele while contributing to the dealership's sales and profitability goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a competitive salary structure, with earnings ranging from $45,000 to $80,000 annually, complemented by a commission plan.
Alongside competitive pay, we provide a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, in addition to a 401(k) retirement plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers courteously, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Understand customers' vehicle concerns and provide precise estimates for required services.
- Coordinate service appointments and manage the repair/maintenance workflow for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, offering updates and addressing inquiries.
- Review and clarify recommended services and associated costs, securing customer approval prior to commencing work.
- Foster and maintain customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with service technicians to guarantee repairs are executed accurately and within the promised timeframe.
- Utilize dealership software to monitor and update service records efficiently.
- Stay informed about new products and services to enhance sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional college or vocational training is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in dealership operational software and systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
