About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our Corporate Learning team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and effective training materials and programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality learning content, including instructor-led sessions, asynchronous online e-learning, simulations, and quick reference guides
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and business partners to identify training needs and develop learning objectives
  • Evaluate and refine training materials to ensure alignment with organizational goals and learning objectives
  • Participate in instructional design projects and provide guidance and support to others as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of Instructional Design and development experience
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
