Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cooking, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for food preparation, serving, cleaning, following food safety regulations, and potentially dishwashing. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Follow established recipes to prepare menu items that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Serving: Serve customers in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Provide information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing, as well as escalating customer concerns and complaints to management.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Food Service Worker or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training: Completion of our comprehensive training program, which includes knowledge of food allergies and modified diets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Maintenance: Basic mathematical skills and a strong understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
