We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Support executive leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing materials for presentations and reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors as the main point of contact for the Electronics Division leadership.
- Manage complex executive schedules, including arranging domestic and international travel, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment, ideally within the technology or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
