Overview: Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and attentive Luxury Pool and Cabana Host to provide exceptional service to our guests at the pool. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make a lasting impression on our guests.

Job Description: As a Luxury Pool and Cabana Host, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our guests, responding to their needs and requests, and exceeding their expectations. This will include maintaining complete knowledge of hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation, as well as completing daily setup of rentals, escorting guests, and assisting them with their service requests throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Greet guests warmly, respond to their needs and requests, and exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel operations: Stay up-to-date on hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation.
  • Complete daily setup of rentals: Ensure that all rentals are set up and ready for guests, and complete any necessary preparation work.
  • Assist guests with service requests: Escort guests to their rentals, assist with food and beverage service, and respond to any other requests they may have.
  • Process charges and payment settlements: Accurately process charges and payment settlements for guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness: Ensure that the pool deck and entire property areas are clean and tidy.

Requirements:

  • Age requirement: 18 years or older.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months customer service experience, preferably in a resort pool, food & beverage, retail, or a related field.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for the position.
