Responsibilities:

  • Lease apartments while providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times
  • Respond to resident requests promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Be aware of company and community policies and explain them to residents and potential residents
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of lease-related documents and accurately complete them in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with company policy
  • Enter data into the computer related to residents and potential residents in accordance with company policy
  • Assist in leasing activities and resident relations
  • Be aware of community and area facts and statistics
  • Show model and available ready vacancies
  • Complete in-house training courses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
