Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance and manage inventory, including chemical deliveries, for clients in the restaurant, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients.
  • Handle invoicing and collections efficiently.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment, including dish machines and chemical dispensing systems.
  • Install commercial dish machines and chemical dispensing units.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service requests.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  • Provide training to end-users on chemical systems and equipment.
  • Utilize hand and power tools regularly.
  • Drive safely to client locations.
  • Carry out minor plumbing repairs and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in fields such as construction, electrical work, plumbing, or maintenance.
  • Experience in the commercial chemical sector, particularly with dish machines and related systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work on-call during evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle record assessments.
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency with technology, including smartphones and new software.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands for this position include:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent kneeling, standing, twisting, and bending.
  • Regular use of hand and power tools.
  • Capability to work with electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and adhere to safety protocols.

Travel Requirements

This position necessitates daily travel using a company vehicle, which will be provided along with a gas card and maintenance for business purposes.
