About the Role

The Motor Carrier Services Manager will be responsible for supervising the IFTA/IRP Administrative Operations Team and assisting the section manager in overseeing various programs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple assignments simultaneously, working under pressure during peak workload periods, and adapting to changing work demands and environments. They will also possess excellent keyboarding and PC skills, as well as knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the IFTA/IRP Administrative Operations Team
  • Assist the section manager in overseeing various programs
  • Develop reports, training, and procedural documents
  • Provide quality customer service in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A working knowledge of management principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and direct staff
  • Experience accurately articulating information to customers
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to the licensing, tax, and operational requirements of motor carriers
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
