Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at our Stone Park location. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing thoughtful solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs
  • Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks
  • Support bank events and community initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous banking experience required
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills
